Dit kaartje vraagt wel wat uitleg. Wil je graag de volledige beschrijving stuur me dan een mailtje. Deze techniek heeft een glanzende uitstraling, bijna een tegeltje. De scan geeft niet echt het effect weer.

Belangrijk bij deze techniek is het gebruik van de juiste inktsoort. Start met frost white (color box pigment) en stempel je vlindertje af op wit papier. Laat even drogen en neem nu een kleurtje uit de color box pigment reeks. Geen te lichte kleuren, deze geven te weinig contrast. Breng de kleur aan met een sponsje en doe dit met een draaiende beweging. Probeer eens met "matrassenmousse". Geeft een prima resultaat. Haal met een stukje keukenpapier het teveel aan inkt eraf, zo komt je witte afdruk terug te voorschijn. Overstempel en werk de kaart verder af.

Stempel het konijntje af met versafine en schilder in. Het bruine kaartje heb ik lichtjes bewerkt met chalk alabaster en bestempeld met versamark. De tweede foto toont de binnenkant van de kaart.

Stamp the happy hopper with versafine en paint it with markers. I have chalked the brown card with alabaster and stamped it with versamark. The second photo is the inside of the card.

Masker een strook af op je basiskaart met dezelfde breedte als de foto. Sjabloneer deze met chalk inkt en stempel de tekst. Kleef de foto op de strook.

Mask your card the size of your photo. Ink it with chalk ink using a brush. Stamp your text and glue the photo on its place.

Sjabloneer een cirkel met chalk inkt (autumn pastels) en vul hem op met de stempeltjes van art impressions.
Haal de cirkel weg en stempel de tekst eronder.

Ik heb een gewoon albumpje bewerkt met alcohol inkten. De tekst heb ik op een wit kaartje gestempeld. Bewerk een mica sheet met alcohol inkt en leg het over je tekst. Haal nu met een beetje blending solution op een watje al deppend wat van de inkt weg zodat de tekst duidelijker wordt.

Cover a plain album with alcohol ink. Stamp the text on white cardstock. Color a transparancy with alcohol inks and use some blending solution to remove some of the ink so that the text becomes more visable.

distress

 

Kleur je papier met distress inkt en kreuk het zachtjes. Kleur de kreuken opnieuw en wrijf je papier terug glad. Verstuif wat water en strijk met een strijkijzer het papier droog en glad. Bestempel met chalk en kleur de bloempjes hier en daar wit. Stempel de tekst met zwart.

Color your paper with distress ink and wrinkle your paper. Color again and vaporise some water, use a craftiron to flatten and dry your paper. Stamp with chalk and color some of the flowers white. Stamp your text in black.

Peace

Dit kaartje maakte ik reeds geruime tijd geleden. Het is een oudere stempel maar toepasbaar met vele motieven.

Beïnkt je achtergrondstempel met een lichte kleur chalk en zet de randjes wat donkerder met een tweede kleur. Druk af en stempel je tekst erover. Op de basiskaart heb ik ook enkele stempelafdrukjes gezet. Geef de kaart wat extra dimensie door je randen bij te kleuren.

Ink your stamp in a lighter color and emphasise the edges with a darker tone and stamp. Stamp your text in the center of the image. Stamp a background on your basic card and color the edges a little darker

Een kaartje opgebouwd uit bij elkaar passend scrappapier en cardstock. De bloemetjes zijn ingekleurd met potlood.

Ik heb de magnoliaatjes op krimplastiek gestempeld met stazon en ingekleurd met derwent potloden. Dan gekrompen met de heattool en opgekleefd. Deze zakjes uit handgeschept papier maken deel uit van de nieuwe collectie. Vele zakjes en doosjes in felle kleurtjes. Zo maak je geld geven veel leuker en origineler.

I have stamped the magnolias with stazon en colored them with derwent pencils. I shrunk them with my heattool and glued them on a tiny bag made out of handcrafted papers. A fun way to give money.

voor het inkleuren gebruikte ik de stempelstiften, maar deze keer direct op mijn papier. Emboss je afdruk eerst. De geëmbosste lijntjes maken het kleuren makkelijker.

I used markers to color the image, (direct to paper). Embossing helps you to color more easy.
